Haïti-Pédophile : Mandat d’amener contre Michael Geilenfeld et Phillips Norris.

http://reseaucitadelle.blogspot.com/2014/07/haiti-pedophile-mandat-damener-contre.html?m=1

English Translation

On July 5, 2014, a Haitian judge issued a warrant authorizing the Haitian police to put under arrest U.S. citizen Michael Geilenfeld, director of the orphanage St. Joseph Home for Boys Delmas 91 and his accomplice, Phillips Norris, both men charged with “Indecent exposure and rebellion.”

Mr. Geilenfeld, heard by a  judge on May 5, 2014 for sexual and physical abuses, trafficking, and exploitation of various kinds, seems to be in the sights of a Haitian justice for lying under oath (perjury) while ignoring the judge’s orders. On April 30, 2014, the magistrate, judge Dimanche received three (3) young Haitians – alleged victims of Mr. Geilenfeld – who described graphically and coherently the sexual abuses to which they were subjected.

During a testimony in which the victims took part, Mr. Geilenfeld recklessly accused everyone and ignored the evidence presented against him while failing to prove otherwise. He lied under oath stating that there has not been any decision by the IBESR (the Haitian regulatory agency) against his institution despite several documents by the agency refuting his claims. Complacent, Mr. Geilenfeld went as far as promising to bring to the court a license authorizing his institution to operate while he was never issued such a certificate by the state agency (IBESR). As usual, the director of the orphanage Saint Joseph, Mr. Geilenfeld, thought he could belittle the Haitian judge, the Haitian justice and even the Haitian State.

After requesting 3 days to produce is credentials, the director of the orphanage St. Joseph, Mr. Geilenfeld, fails to present evidence that he had the authorization to run the orphanage. In fact, despite two months have elapsed, he never returned to the judge’s office. Mr. Geilenfeld seems to be in rebellion against the Haitian justice.

This weekend, we learned that judge Al Duniel Dimanche has long issued an arrest warrant against the orphanage director, Mr. Geilenfeld, charging him with sexual exploitation of the poor children of Haiti.

It should be noted that during a court appearance, Mr. Geilenfeld had indicated that, currently, his orphanage is running and serves 19 children. On Wednesday, May 7, 2014, the plaintiffs have produced a copy of an order of IBESR dated January 31, 2014. The order was addressed to the officials of St. Joseph Home for Boys. It read as follows: “… given this state of illegality, the non-compliance with operating standards, and pending confirmation of these allegations, the IBESR has decided to remove the children from the so-called orphanage and relocate to a safer place.”

Another-Letter

UPDATE – A JUDGE IN HAITI HAS ISSUED A WARRANT FOR THE ARREST OF MICHAEL GEILENFELD.

HERE IS A SEPARATE ISSUE:

July 22, 2014

Roy Cooper
Attorney General
State of North Carolina
Raleigh, North Carolina,

Dear Attorney General Cooper,

Under separate cover, I have forwarded to your attention a copy of the January 31, 2014 letter from Mme. Arielle Jeanty Villedrouin, Director General of IBESR, to the St. Joseph Home for Boys in Port au Prince, Haiti.

In her letter, Mme. Villedrouin ordered the removal of all minor children from the St. Joseph’s Home for Boys.

(IBESR is the official Haiti national government’s child welfare agency.
http://www.ibesr.com/)

Also, I am in receipt of a copy of the May 27, 2014 letter sent by Mr. Paul D’Oliviera to Ms. Jennifer Day of your office.

Mr. D’Oliviera is President of Hearts with Haiti (http://www.heartswithhaiti.org/), a North Carolina based non-profit that provides financial support to the St. Joseph Family of Homes in Haiti (http://www.sjfamilyhaiti.org/).

Unfortunately, in his letter to your office, Mr. D’Oliviera failed to respond to the content of my complaint about Hearts with Haiti’s advertising practices.

FACT – On its web site, Hearts with Haiti is currently seeking donations (“Sponsor a Child”) to help support minor children who reside at the St. Joseph’s Home for Boys

FACT – In January 2014, IBESR officials ordered the removal of all minor children from the St. Joseph Home for Boys. The minor children were placed into protective care at other orphanages.

QUESTION TO MR. D’OLIVIERA –

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR HEARTS WITH HAITI TO SOLICIT DONATIONS FOR CHILDREN WHO IT SAYS ARE RESIDING AT THE ST. JOSEPH’S HOME FOR BOYS, BUT, HAVE IN FACT , BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ST. JOSEPH HOME FOR BOYS AND PLACED INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY BY IBESR?

QUESTION TO MR. D’OLIVIERA –

ARE DONORS BEING INFORMED THAT IBESR OFFICIALS ORDERED THE REMOVAL OF ALL MINOR CHILDREN FROM THE ST. JOSEPH’S HOME FOR BOYS?

QUESTION TO MR. D’OLIVIERA –

IS THE ST. JOSEPH HOMES FOR BOYS LICENSED TO OPERATE BY IBESR OFFICIALS?

IS TRINITY HOUSE LICENSED TO OPERATE BY IBESR OFFICIALS?

QUESTION TO MR. D’OLIVIERA –

HAS THE LICENSE TO OPERATE WINGS OF HOPE ORPHANAGE BEEN “REVOKED” BY IBESR OFFICIALS?

QUESTION TO MR. D’OLIVIERA –

ARE DONORS BEING INFORMED THAT IBESR OFFICIALS REVOKED THE LICENSE OF WINGS OF HOPE ORPHANAGE?

IN CONCLUSION.

Thank you, Attorney General Cooper for your time and attention to this matter.

I am sure you join me in looking forward to Mr. D’Oliviera’s forthright response to my reasonable and direct questions.

As we both know, the state of North Carolina and the U.S. Government both provide tax deductions and incentives to donors who contribute money to Hearts with Haiti.

Sincerely,
Paul Kendrick

Five months ago, In February 2014, IBESR officials removed all minor children from the St. Joseph’s Home for Boys and placed the children into the protective custody of other orphanages.
Note reference to IBESR / “Children come to the St. Joseph Family in many different ways. The St. Joseph Family is in good standing with the Haitian department of social services — Institut du Bien Etre Social et de Recherches (IBESR) — and many of our children at the three homes come as referrals from IBESR.” Excerpt : St. Joseph’s Homes’ Child Protection Policy

There is no research available to substantiate these statements / “Children with histories of abuse often accuse people in their lives they feel safe with of abuse, abuse that was actually committed by others, because that is the only way they feel safe acknowledging their past experiences. Because of this, we have policies in place not only to protect the children of the St. Joseph Family from any abuse, but to also try to protect members of the St. Joseph Family leadership, staff, volunteers and guests from false, and misdirected, accusations of abuse.” Excerpt : St. Joseph’s Homes’ Child Protection Policy

HAITI ORPHANAGE DIRECTOR, MICHAEL GEILENFELD, WILL FACE HIS ACCUSERS IN U.S. FEDERAL COURT IN PORTLAND, MAINE.

HEARTS WITH HAITI BOARD MEMBERS WILL BE CALLED TO THE WITNESS STAND.

THE TRIAL DATE IS SET FOR OCTOBER 6, 2014.

EIGHT HAITIAN MEN WILL TESTIFY BEFORE A JURY THAT MICHAEL GEILENFELD SEXUALLY ABUSED THEM WHEN THEY WERE CHILDREN LIVING IN HAITI.

“This lawsuit is an attempt to silence me from trying to protect Haitian children from being sexually abused and my efforts to bring a measure of justice to those who have already been abused,” Kendrick told the Bangor Daily News.

“The good news about this lawsuit is that the Haitian children who were sexually abused will finally have the opportunity to confront their abuser in the safety of a U.S. courtroom,” he continued. “The plaintiffs in this lawsuit are calling the victims liars. Their attempts to silence me will only serve to make the victims’ voices stronger and more forceful.”
